We had a problem with fruit fly in the bathroom. I told the front deck each morning. On our last day was told they are hard to get rid of. They didn't try. I told them that the floors needed to be cleaned. The bottom of my feet were black and my husband sock were the same.

Location was a bit out of our way but it wasnt bad for the price we paid for a one night stay. Breakfast was simple. Only complaint was we all was eating our breakfast in a sunny room with no ac. And of course like everyone on the review said.....the pool was still closed. Which was no big deal to us. Room was clean and staff was nice.

Our stay was great all the staff were very accommodating and pleasent. Only had one issue with finding a buggy. But it was handled with grace, sympathy and class. I didn't expect the level of care I recieved from past experiences. It was absolutely refreshing dealing with staff that had common sense. If there was anything that was needed all we had to do was ask with no issues. And because the 1bug I found I was refunded 50% of my 3day stay without even asking. Long story short the staff manager and cleaning crew willing/ and did go above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe room on the first floor. All the way in the back. My room included a jacuzzi tub In the room and a large bed. The tub was spacious and a lot of fun. The room was VERY affordable for my two night stay. The continental breakfast was OK. But the eggs were fresh and they had a fresh waffle maker.

Very nice staff at check in. Very clean rooms. Located in a very well area surrounded by restaurants and stores.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and polite upon check in (what else do you really want to know about a hotel?). Looks like they are in the middle of remodeling, but there was no additional noise from whatever work was being done. Fitness room looks recently updated (water cooler, mats, two machines and 3 exercise balls). Halls and walls had fresh paint and our room had new flooring which I greatly appreciated because I dislike carpet a great deal. There is still the old carpet in some rooms and hallway, but again, they are remodeling, so that is understandable! The pool has not yet been remodeled so it was closed. The double queen rooms are really spacious (high ceilings, plenty of room for lots of luggage/coolers if needed). A note on noise... I don't know why anyone would expect to sleep in a hotel and have it be silent. We have a 4 year old and will never again sleep without a noise machine. So, for us, it was great! Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and the decor was fresh and bright. Our fridge did look like it had been through a war however and was missing a shelf, so we had to get creative with stacking.

I was very weary because a lot of stays in this area have dismal ratings. However, my room was impeccably clean, staff very friendly, felt very safe, quiet at night. Breakfast was more than expected, they have a waffle maker! Not beautifully perfect, but spacious rooms. My room was exactly as advertised, quiet ac/ heating unit. If you are looking for a safe, clean, reasonably priced overnight stay in this area, look no further!!! Recommend Stargate Diner for dinner
